The numbers on the map correspond to the children interviewed by District Attorney's Investigators, listed above.  Dark black spaces represent alleged underground secret rooms (scaled to alleged size).  Meshed squares bordered in black represent alleged trap doors in the floors.  A circular space indicates an alleged hole.  thick black and white arrows represent direction and length of alleged tunnels.

Note that Stickel's alleged tunnel and "possible" secret room do not correspond to any of the stories collected either by DA's investigators or by therapist Martha Cockriel's patients.  One child, who did not talk about tunnels until March 16, 1985, when he and his father joined other parents at the vacant side lot to search for tunnels, could not give any locations at that time.  During his subsequent preliminary hearing testimony the boy alleged that it was under classroom IV.  (Map drawn and provided by author)
