1.	Was there ever a time when the memories you recovered weren't remembered?
2.	Where were your memories first remembered? I would like to find out how your memories were recovered. I'll name a number of categories, and I'd like to ask you to tell me if it relates to your experience, as well as any other details you can provide.
3.	Did you recover memories in individual therapy? How did it happen?
4.	Did you recover memories in group therapy? How did it happen?
5.	Did you recover any memories after reading books?
6.	Did you recover any memories after attending seminars?
7.	Did you recover any memories after watching movies or videos?
8.	Were there any other ways that you recovered memories? I would like to find out what percentage of your memories occurred in each of the categories we just discussed.
