HELEN J. FERGUSON, having made the foregoing Application alleging that the best interests of the minor child, STEVEN FERGUSON, born May 20, 1977 is in doubt and may not be served by current custody orders and praying for a ex parte temporary custody order and permanent custody, it is ORDERED that HOWARD G. FERGUSON, is restrained from removing the minor child from the custody of petitioner, HELEN J. FERGUSON, pending a hearing on the issue of custody, and

ORDERED, that you serve a true and attested copy of this Application for Modification of Custody with the Minor Child Ex Parte, Order for Hearing and Notice and Summons to HOWARD G. FERGUSON, of 25 Happy Hills Road, Canterbury by personal service.

Hereof, fail not but of this Writ, make immediate service and return.
